Milling

Milling, also known as asphalt milling or cold planning, is the process of removing the top layer of an asphalt surface to prepare for new pavement.  Our high-production milling equipment ensures a fast efficient service, minimizing business disruptions.

Our process includes:

  • Surface milling removes the top layer for resurfacing.

  • Deeper milling corrects subbase issues.

  • Milled asphalt is recycled for sustainable solutions.

Milling is a critical step in asphalt maintenance and rehabilitation.  It helps extend the lifespan of the paved surfaces while ensuring cost efficiency and sustainability.

Paving

Asphalt paving is the process of applying a mixture of asphalt (a sticky, black, and highly viscous liquid or semi-solid form of petroleum) and aggregate (such as sand, gravel or crushed stone) to create a smooth durable surface for roads, driveways and parking lots.

Our process includes:

  • Property walk-through and project assessment.

  • Proposal and detailed scope of work.

  • Expert execution with full project documentation.

Asphalt paving is favored for its durability, cost-effectiveness and resilience against various weather conditions.  It is also relatively quick to install and easy to maintain and repair.  Proper repair and maintenance are essential to extending the lifespan and minimizing long-term costs.

Asphalt Patching

Asphalt patching is the process of repairing damaged areas in an asphalt surface by filling potholes, cracks or deteriorated sections with new asphalt.  It helps restore the pavement’s integrity, improves safety and extends its lifespan.

Our process includes:

  • Remove damaged asphalt.

  • Inspect and repair the subbase.

  • Compact and install new asphalt.

We also offer Infrared Asphalt Repair, an advanced repair method that heats existing asphalt, blends new material and compacts it.  This method restores the pavement without extensive excavation.   It’s ideal for winter repairs, extending asphalt life while minimizing costs.
